The pioneers Dr. Mani Kumar Chhetri, Dr. Satyabrata Basu, Dr. Anupam Dasgupta, Dr. R.K. Dutta Ray, and Dr. A.K. Mitra Mustafi laid the foundation stone for one of India’s first public-private ventures in healthcare.
